Covid-19: President Akuffo Addo self-isolates

According to the information released by the information ministry, the President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo has self-isolated, and it starts from today, 4th July, 2020.

According to information released by Hon. Oppong Nkrumah, the president was advised by Doctors to follow this Covid-19 protocol when someone very close to him tested positive for Covid-19.

The president was advised because of the fact that a person very close to him has tested positive for Covid-19.

There are no details about who this close person is. And the good news is that, the President is without the Covid-19 virus when he was tested today.

Hon. Oppong Nkrumah included that, regardless of the fact that the president has to be self-isolated for 14 days, he will still work from the presidential Villa in the Jubilee House.

This is the information, Hon. Oppong Nkrumah released.

The information Minister has assured Ghanaians that the president is without the Covid-19 virus. We pray that it is so.

However, I am calling on all the religious bodies to remember the president in prayer. We should pray and ask God so that the status of the president forever remain negative just as the Hon. Oppong Nkrumah, the information minister has said.
